We use the latest softwares including; iTOWER, STAAD, BOCAD, Auto Cad coupled by latest Indian and International code practices. We have successfully designed towers for various Indian Power utilities and International utilities such as NEC Sudan in collaboration with EDF, France. Our designs were highly appreciated by our clients, as they provided them with optimum design solutions and detailing. The clients requirement also required design and manufacturing NILE River Crossing Towers with 110 meters height, which was accomplished by our design team and factory personnel with utmost precision. Company has recognized the emergence of advancement of the structural designing expertise in the transmission Industry. Therefore, we have been regularly sending professionals to international forums for learning and incorporating the newer technologies. As 'Tower Testing' is an integral and essential part of structural engineering authentication, design parameters, tower manufacturing development and optimization of stability, we give utmost attention to all the above areas. For tower testing, we rely upon independent testing agencies to test our structures and to boost the confidence of our team and clients. Our towers have gone through stringent quality assurance tests & have been passed by various well established third party agencies whose credentials are recognized by both Indian and international utilities. All our towers are critically tested with application of anticipated loads through multi speed motors, in order to design, develop and provide the eventual optimum quality and robust structure. By now we have successfully tested towers of 400 KV Double Circuits also, which were designed in house.
